About me

So I figured I would give a little info on myself to all you eager readers out there....here are some fast facts:

married

3 kids
5 dogs
2 cats

Been married to my wife (Elisabeth) for 3 years now - with her for 8 - our kids are Benjamin (4), Isabella (2), and Sophia (5 months).  Dogs Ace (6), Sammy (5), Mirage, Vitesse and Crash (all 2) - all are border collies with the exception of Sammy.  Cats Boo (7) and Deli (3).....so we love having kids and animals as you can tell....but this is our limit right now.

We just had our first litter of puppies back in September, and all went to great homes (thank god).  Ace and Vitesse were the proud parents of 7 awesome little border colllies :-).  Have some other thoughts of stuff to write, but wouldn't fit under the title "about me".....they should lose the "titles"...makes me feel pressured to stick to it....but i won't, here's a random note i'd like to make - who the hell came up with the idea for a snooze alarm??? do you know what that does to someone like me who hates to get up when the alarm goes off??? i'll tell you - it completely defeats the entire purpose of the alarm!!!  i don't get up...i just continuously hit "snooze"....and then i'm either late for whatever it is i'm supposed to get up for....or the alarm clock just completely gives up on me and stops repeating the snooze and lets me sleep....ok....nuff for now :-)

Addictive personality

Alright, so I am now interested in blogging now....for how long, who knows, lol.  I think I actually had one of these before a long time ago...no idea what happened to it...I will blame Tamara (Gallant)for causing this blog to happen, since I had completely forgotten about these things (even after reading Erin's a while back - which Tamara says she got the idea from) - in any case, here I am blogging away....

I am also wondering what the difference is about this compared to facebook other than the fact that I can edit the background of this page...everything else really has the same functions as fb...blog title = fb name....blogs could be either you status updates, random posts on your own wall, or notes you create using the note function...I think the reason i forget about other accounts (email, blogs, profiles) is because there are just so freakin many of them now!  Regardless of this fact, here I am making a who knows how long of a commitment to this new means of communicating my thoughts to the masses of people dying to know what I think, lol ;-).

The title is an obvious choice for anyone who knows me...so since I figure no one that does not know me will be reading this, I see no point in explaining the reason I have 5 dogs (4 border collies) and 2 cats amongst the 3 kids that my lovely wife and I have the pleasure of raising :-).  I will likely be using this form to brag or complain about how things are going in the competitive canine world that my wife and I (and most recently my son) are submerged in....perhaps throw in the odd random thought of mine such as the fb comparison sited above....
